Bouygues Construction has acquired Warings as part of the group strategy
to pursue its development in the UK. The acquisition will further strengthen Bouygues Construction’s presence in the UK by complementing its London based subsidiary, Bouygues UK, which was established in 1997.
In 2008 Bouygues Construction’s turnover in the UK will be in the order of £500m,
with Warings’ proportion in excess of £100m.
